Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page summarizes our refund and cancellation terms. The complete and binding terms are set out in our Terms of Service, Sections 4 and 5.

Subscription

Stemify offers a yearly subscription at CHF 14.90/year, payable via PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next period.
• No pro-rata refund is provided for the remaining portion of the current period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided for used subscription periods. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for documented technical issues that materially prevented use of the Service.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@stemify.space or via the contact form with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

EU Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, please refer to Section 5.3 of our Terms of Service for information regarding your right of withdrawal. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable national law.

Swiss Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Swiss law.
