Subscription

Stemify offers a yearly subscription at 9 CHF/year, payable via PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next period.
• No pro-rata refund is provided for the remaining portion of the current period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided for used subscription periods. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for documented technical issues that materially prevented use of the Service.

EU Consumers
